I am a certified infant sleep coach helping parents reaching breaking point and in desperate need of a good night’s sleep.

From newborns, through to 7 year old children, I can help to solve even the toughest infant sleep problems.

Hello! I’m Jo, mum of a cheeky little boy and a gorgeous, fluffy (not-so) miniature Labradoodle.

I was still pregnant when I received my first, “You just wait.” It was the first of many, and most were followed up with a remark about never sleeping again. Ever. Maybe when he’s 18?

Well, I waited, and as predicted the sleep deprivation hit. I sat there trawling the internet at 3am for advice. I saw every hour of the clock. I cried into my pillow. I couldn’t wait for it to be morning when everyone else would be up too.
